ATLANTA – Atlanta-based Hunter
Technical Resources, a leading provider of IT recruiting services for
both contract and permanent staffing, has added two senior account
executives and a technical recruiter to the Atlanta team as well as a
senior technical recruiter to the North Carolina office. In addition
to the expanded staff, Hunter has recently completed an office
expansion to accommodate plans for continued growth.
Niki
Rabren joins Hunter’s Atlanta team as a senior account
executive and brings with her 11 years experience in the IT arena,
including 3 years in IT Healthcare working for EDS. Originally from
Texas, Niki earned a Marketing Degree & MBA from Texas A&M
University. She is actively involved in Women in Technology (W.I.T.)
and the Junior League of Atlanta. In 2007, Niki launched Careers in
Action, WI.T.’s highly successful mentoring program, and
currently serves as that program’s chair.
“Niki
is one of the most driven, self-motivated individuals I have met.
She is successful because she sets her expectations higher than her
client’s and delivers consistently,” said Clint Bailey,
VP of Sales.
Kim
Bannerman, Hunter’s most recent addition to the Atlanta
business development team, has a strong reputation in the industry of
partnering with her clients to truly understand their environments
and business needs. Kim attended Lagrange College and is currently an
active member of W.I.T. and the Atlanta Phi Mu Alumnae Group.
“Kim
was referred to Hunter from a current client, which says a lot about
the strong character she brings to the team. She is excellent at
networking to establish genuine relationships that lead to strong
partnerships,” said Clint Bailey.
Katie
Powers joins Hunter as a technical recruiter on our Atlanta team.
Katie brings three years of Technical Staffing to Hunter, including
agency experience from a large competitor. Her greatest strength is
the ability to recruit for multiple disciplines across the IT field.
Katie is a graduate of the University of Georgia, holding a Bachelor
of Arts Degree in Speech Communications with a minor in Mass
Communications.
Hunter’s
North Carolina office has grown with the addition of Dawn Marsha,
senior technical recruiter. Dawn has over 10 years experience in the
recruiting industry, both corporate and agency. She has a great
pipeline of talented IT individuals from across the country and helps
to support our national clients. Dawn holds a BA in Psychology from
the University of South Carolina.
“Each of these IT
