Hunter Technical Resources conducts contingency
searches for contract, contract to permanent, and permanent
technical personnel in the areas of information technology,
telecommunications, and general engineering.
We pride ourselves on performing proactive searches
(going out and finding the passive and active candidates)
rather than utilizing reactive searches (posting ads on the
web and newspapers). We have developed a tremendous database
over the last six years through our relationships and recruiting
efforts and have a very unique style of dealing with our customers.

The Recruiting Process
The recruiting process begins with
a thorough understanding of the client and the specific hiring
needs. This evaluation occurs through research by Hunter Technical
Resources as well as formal questioning of the hiring managers
or human resources professionals.
Once this research is completed
our search for the best candidates commences. According to
areas of expertise, specific technical recruiters are assigned
to the account to conduct searches. All correspondence with
the client is through the Account Executive assigned to the
search.
Once an individual is identified
through as a potential candidate, a technical qualifies the
candidate through interviewing, reference checks, and credential
verification.
If a candidate passes through our
initial screening process, their resume and background notes
from our screening are submitted to the hiring manager for
review.
Upon submittal of the candidate's
information, the hiring manager makes a decision to either
consider the candidate for an interview, gather more information
regarding the candidate, or eliminate the candidate from consideration
for the position.
The hiring process continues from this point
at the direction on the client.
