Your Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Ops infrastructure and tools, including system monitoring, server configuration, deployment systems, and other tools.
Collaborate with engineering to create next generation infrastructure to support changing requirements and Continuous Delivery.
Capacity expansion planning, peak preparedness, disaster recovery, component & firmware upgrading, and system hardening.
Day-to-day management of the primary revenue-generating, customer-facing application environments.
Monitor and log site stability, availability and performance.
Diagnose and resolve systems and networks.
Ensure highest level of system and network security.
Build and maintain our automation and monitoring tools.
Interact with Developers, DBAs, and other DevOps staff.
Write excellent documentation on system design, environment, and procedures.

Your Qualifications/Experience:
4+ years System Administration experience, 2 years programming & network engineering with a demonstrated track record of delivering high quality SaaS/PaaS offerings or Consumer Web.
Very strong automation and scripting skills.
Solid Ops foundation including proper protocols and procedures for disaster recovery. You’re always thinking “What happens if this fails?” when you build things.
Strong Collaborator who effectively interfaces and communicates with engineering teams and business users.
Expert with *nix (Unix, Linux).
Detailed knowledge of high-availability LAMP and Java environments.
Experience with MySQL. Comfortable working with or learning NoSQL databasing.

The Manager, Identity and Access is responsible for establishing a sustainable, robust identity and access management strategy. 6. Develops and implements metrics that will enable appropriate senior management assessment of the program. This will include a formal benchmark of the program at appropriate intervals by third party organizations.

7. Maintains current knowledge of applicable international laws and accreditation standards, and monitors advancements in information security, privacy and BCP technologies to ensure that the architecture is designed to address future requirements.

8. Quickly learn the impact of new technologies and formally, identify those impacts to impact on Identity and Access Management.
