Clint Bailey
Clint prides himself on being a 3rd-generation native Atlantan. He started working in IT staffing thirteen years ago as an Account Executive. One of the founding partners of Hunter, Clint serves the company today as Vice President of Sales. Clint graduated from Georgia Tech with a B.S. in Textile Engineering and actively participates in a several Georgia Tech Alumni and mentoring organizations. In addition, Clint volunteers for many Atlanta community organizations including TechBridge, Atlanta Community Food Bank, Children’s Restoration Network, Atlanta’s Principle for a Day program and is the lead for Hunter’s partnership with Sutton Middle School.

Tracy Bailey
Tracy is originally from Medford, New Jersey and leads Hunter today as one of its founding partners. She has thirteen years of experience in the IT staffing industry, and she was a recruiter before working with Clint, Scott and Alex to start Hunter. A graduate of Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana, Tracy also serves the Atlanta community by volunteering her time with All Saints Church in Dunwoody, Georgia and the Atlanta Community Food Bank.

Alex Brown
Alex is a founding partner of Hunter and operates as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Alex graduated with a B.S. in Management from Georgia Tech and then worked as an Account Executive before starting Hunter. He serves the Atlanta community by volunteering with the Atlanta Community Food Bank, For Pete’s Sake Foundation and the Sigma Nu Alumni Association. Scott Hall
Scott Hall is the President of Hunter, and is a founding partner along with Clint, Tracy and Alex. Originally from Atlanta, Scott graduated from Georgia Tech with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Scott has thirteen years of experience in the IT staffing industry. Before starting Hunter, he served as an Account Executive and Recruiting Manager with another staffing company. Scott serves on the Board of Directors for the For Pete’s Sake organization and also volunteers his time with the Atlanta Community Food Bank and Georgia Tech Alumni Association.

Douglas Kling
Doug is Hunter’s Director of Recruiting, and leads one of the best recruiting teams in the industry. A 16-year veteran of IT staffing, Doug owned his own firm prior to coming to Hunter. After competing against Hunter for several years, he figured, “If you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em!”
Originally from Long Island, NY, Doug proudly wears Orange as a graduate of Syracuse University with degrees in Labor Economics and Political Science. A hands-on leader of Hunter’s senior recruiting team, Doug is particularly networked in the infrastructure, software engineering, and technology/executive management communities.
Doug volunteers his time as the Co-Chairperson of Fundraising for Arbor Montessori School.

Ricky Steele
Ricky is the Chief Development Officer for Hunter Technical Resources. Steele is an Atlanta native but grew up in Columbus, Georgia. Ricky returned to Atlanta in 1978 and promises he is here to stay. Steele's enjoyed an entrepreneurial start to his career and in 1986, he was named the Georgia Small Business Person of the Year. Ricky has also served as a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Client Partner at Korn/Ferry International and Chief Development Officer at Definition 6. Steele's is very active in the community founding two not for profit organizations, Atlanta's Table and Hospitality Helping Hands. He has also served on a variety of community Boards of Directors including The Atlanta Community Food Bank, Leadership Atlanta, Hands on Atlanta, and Meeting Professionals International.
Ricky is also the author of The Heart of Networking, a book based on his philosophy of being a servant leader by living the Golden Rule. Steele's presentations on networking are widely attended and highly recommended.
